Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Jini Mini Boutique, ensuring the quality of our products is our top priority. Before shipping your order, we perform thorough inspections to guarantee the goods are free from any damage. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@jinimini.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the damaged goods.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, including a change of mind, you may return the unused and unwashed product in its original and undamaged packaging within 15 days of purchase. We will issue a refund for the merchandise value. Please note that if the product is not returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Return Conditions:

1. Clearance items and products damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
2. All returned goods are thoroughly inspected prior to processing refunds or exchanges. If the product shows signs of wear, use, or damage upon return, we will not proceed with the refund or exchange.

If your order qualified for free shipping/return, we will provide a free return label.
