However, if you happen to notice any damage upon delivery, kindly contact us immediately (email: email@example.com). We will swiftly arrange for a replacement of the damaged goods.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, including a change of mind, you may return the unused and unwashed product in its original and undamaged packaging within 15 days of purchase. We will provide a refund for the merchandise value. Please be aware that if the product is not returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please note the following conditions:
1. Clearance items and products damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned.
2. All returned goods are thoroughly inspected prior to processing refunds or exchanges. If the product shows signs of wear, use, or damage upon return, we will not proceed with the refund or exchange.
For returns due to a change of mind, a $5 postage fee will be deducted, and the return postage is your responsibility. You can either purchase a prepaid label with a $5 fee from the provided link or arrange for your own label through your preferred carrier. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
If your order qualifies for Free Return/Exchange (order value >$50), we will not deduct the cost of the original shipping or return shipping.
