In-Store Purchases:

Returns: We offer a 7-day return period for in-store purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of purchase for a refund, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Exchanges: We offer a 30-day exchange window for items purchased in-store.
Online Purchases:

For online orders, you may return items within 14 days of the delivery date if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Once our team issues your return label, the package must be scanned by the shipping courier within 7 days of the label being sent.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels for refunds or exchanges. All return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
Return and Exchange Conditions (Both Online and In-Store):

⚠️ Blind Boxes and Clearance Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Items showing signs of wear, visible use, or cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

All returned products are thoroughly inspected at our counter before refunds, store credits, or exchanges are processed.
