We carefully inspect the goods before we ship your order to ensure there is no damage to the goods. However, if you notice any damage to your purchase upon delivery, please contact us (ph: 949.453.9333 or email: info@jinimini.com ) as soon as possible so that we can promptly organize the replacement of your goods.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason (including change of mind), you may return the product unused, unwashed and in its original, undamaged packaging within 15 days of purchase, for a refund of the merchandise value. Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We are unable to accept returns on clearance items, and on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

To make a return by mail, simply email us (info@jinimini.com) and notify that you will return the item and enclose the original packing slip (mark the item you are returning) in the parcel. If you do not have your original packing slip, please contact us . Please note that postage will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost.

To make a return at our store, simply bring in the item, receipt or packing slip, and the credit card used for the purchase. Refund can only be made back to the original credit card used for the purchase, and cash refund cannot be made on credit card purchase.

*For a refund: simply bring in the item, original receipt and the credit card used for the purchase. Refund can only be made back to the original credit card used for the purchase, and cash refund cannot be made on credit card purchase. A full refund can be made within 7 days of purchase.
*For an exchange or store credit: simply bring in the item, and the original receipt or gift receipt. Exchange or issue of store credit can be made within 30 days of purchase.

We are unable to accept return or exchange of any items without the original receipt or gift receipt.
